These terms govern your use of the Aabdar website and our bottled water delivery and subscription service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing to our delivery service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, abuse our services, or violate these terms.
3Orders & Subscriptions
- All orders and subscription plans are subject to product availability.
- Prices shown on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice; the price at the time you place an order is the price you pay for that order.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for each billing cycle (weekly or monthly) until cancelled. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time from your account before the next delivery is scheduled.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or delivery-area limitations.
4Payments
- We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer, as shown at checkout.
- For bank transfer payments, your order or subscription is confirmed once payment is verified.
- You are responsible for any charges resulting from a failed or disputed payment.
5Delivery
- Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Someone must be available to receive the order at the address provided. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.
6Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are handled under our separate Return Policy.
7Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Content on this website (text, images, logos) belongs to Aabdar Bottled Drinking Water Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.
8Limitation of Liability
- We aim to provide reliable, high-quality products and service, but we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- To the extent permitted by law, Aabdar is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.
